We aim to connect and unite Lithuanian professionals and businesses that operate in the Los Angeles area to foster business relationships between Lithuania and the USA.

LABA.LA was initiated by Vytas Narutis and Eleonora Jonusiene at the end of 2015 and soon to be joined by a group of prominent professional leaders’ eager to drive this initiative forward collectively bringing expertise and knowledge in entrepreneurship, business development, business intelligence, R&D, marketing, sales, brokerage, organizational development & management, social responsibility, PR & communication, engineering, legal, project management, and software development.

Not-for-profit organization, a non-governmental organization that operates under a flat organizational structure as a self-managed team driven by a shared purpose, a common set of values and feeling of personal ownership for the overall success of the organization.
